Reigning West Series champion challenged for top honors before late-race contact resulted in 11th place finish

IRWINDALE, CALIF. (February 2, 2010) – While Jason Bowles failed to achieve the results he desired in the 2010 edition of the NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown on Saturday night (January 30), the reigning NASCAR Camping World West Series champion continued to show why many view him as a rising star in the stock car ranks. Battling a tight car most of the night, Bowles eventually challenged for top honors, before late-race contact resulted in an 11th place finish in the “Daytona 500 of Short Track Racing” at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale.

2009 Camping World West Series champion set to do battle against the best Pro Series drivers at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale

IRWINDALE, CALIF. (January 26, 2010) – Rising American stock car racer Jason Bowles is set to get his 2010 race campaign underway this coming weekend (January 29-30) via the seventh running of the NASCAR Toyota All-Star Showdown at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale in Southern California. Bowles enters the prestigious start of the season event not only as the reigning NASCAR Camping World West Series champion, but also a podium finisher from the 2009 edition of the race.

NASCAR NATIONWIDE SERIES DEBUT CUT SHORT FOR JASON BOWLES AT PHOENIX

Avondale, AZ (11-14-09) – Jason Bowles, the 2009 NASCAR Camping World Series West champion showed signs of a promising performance during the Able Body Labor 200 but was sidelined just prior to the half-way point when his No. 61 Specialty Racing Ford suffered heavy damage in an incident during his NASCAR Nationwide Series debut at Phoenix International Raceway on Saturday.
